Basic shipping information

Thank you for shopping online with us! We’re so happy to have you here.

We have partnered with Canada Post to get your package where it needs to go! Our rates are based on their shipping costs and may vary as their costs change. We offer shipping to Canada and to the USA. We ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Your package will ship within 2 days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. Canada Post estimates it will take 2-7 business days to receive your package.

*Please note that this is dependent on where you live and is sometimes dependent on the weather, this is Canada after all! 

For orders over $300 we offer free tracked shipping.

Shipping within Halifax (HRM)

For orders in HRM it’s a $10 flat rate.

Shipping within Canada

For orders within Canada, it’s $18 flat rate.

Shipping within USA

For orders going to the USA, it’s a $25 flat rate.

Please note that once your package is in the hands of Canada Post, Pop By The Store is no longer liable for the loss of your package or delays in shipping. If an order is lost or delayed, you the customer are responsible for working with Canada Post to retrieve the package. Please make sure you are entering the correct address when ordering. Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Return Policy

We understand that not everything that glitters is gold. If you don’t love your purchase, we are more than happy to offer store credit via a gift card or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please request a receipt if you are unsure. All goods returned must be in perfect condition and clothing must be unworn. We cannot accept returns on homegoods, accessories, self-care or beauty items, or anything edible. Anything purchased on sale or at a discount is final sale.

We get it, shopping online can be tough! Especially, for clothing. We don’t want this to deter you from making a purchase from our website. Please contact us if you would like on-body images (where applicable), measurements or have questions about the item you want to purchase. We’re here to help! The best way to contact us is hello@popbythestore.com. From there, we will determine the best way to get you the information you need via email or by phone! Teamwork makes the dreamwork.  

If you are unhappy with your (clothing) purchase after receiving your online order, please get in touch with us to issue a return within 7 days. You will be charged a restocking fee and are responsible for shopping your order back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.
