OK Salt is hand harvested in small batches from the LaHave Island in Nova Scotia. Collected during the incoming high tide of the full moon, bucket by bucket. This edible 100% Atlantic Ocean Sea salt is packed in a resealable + reusable bag and has a medium-coarse flake. A great gift for a Scotian missing home or for your foodie friend!
